Roland polyphonic Virtual Analogue rack synth in the tradition of the MKS70 & MKS80. The 8080 is the rack version of the JP-8000 keyboard but goes one better by adding distortion effects and a vocoder
In excellent condition, almost unmarked. The synth still has the protective film on the LCD display. It has the optional rack ears and they have no rack rash. Supplied with a working Smart Media card
The JP-8080 has 10-note polyphony and forty-odd knobs & sliders to aid real-time sound creation & performance
Roland describe the JP-8080 this way:

- Three independent onboard effects: Delay, Multi-FX including Chorus, Flanger and Distortion
- Onboard Motion Control records all slider and knob movements for “hands-free” playback
- Knob movements can be output via MIDI
- Onboard Arpeggiator and Realtime Phrase Sequencing (RPS) capability
- Bank and Number buttons, Preview functions, dedicated MIDI
- Remote Keyboard In, and SmartMedia storage
