Description
The TX81Z is a rackmount version of the DX11 synth. It’s a close cousin to the DX7, with four operators rather than the 6 of the DX7, and has 128 factory patches, 32 user memories and 8-note polyphony. It scores over the DX7 in that Function Memory is stored per-patch, rather than globally, allowing complex setups to be stored more easily
The TX81Z is compatible with most DX editing packages and that’s your quickest & easiest route into editing & keeping a library of DX FM sounds
In average condition, with case marks & some rack rash, but it will look tidy when racked. 230 Volt UK / EU model
Tested & working 100%. Photos show the TX for sale
