Description
I’ve always been a fan of chorus pedals – there’s something very direct about a pedal, a lack of subtlety that works like a charm when mixing. Used on a send, or inserted into a channel, a chorus pedal can give a real sense of movement & width to an otherwise-boring signal. Studio effects are usually quite subtle, but a pedal is much more raw and exciting. I will have a selection of chorus pedals in the next few months, all useful for live work, recording or mixing
The CF-7 has a mono input and a stereo output, so it’s ideal for widening keyboard pads or basses, or giving a deep stereo chorus on a guitar or other signal. The Krazy switch gives you the option of Normal stereo chorusing or the legendary Wack’d setting which offers the most swirly choruses and wobbly vibratos out there!
The four front panel controls are Speed, Depth, Delay Time and Regeneration, a Chorus / Flanger Mode switch and the Krazy Normal / Wack’d selector. Finally there’s an LED and a footswitch bypass
“Highly versatile, capable of producing vintage chorus, flange, and modern modulation effects, everything from shimmering soundscapes to jet plane whooshes“
