High-spec RME DAC designed for use in high-end hifi systems. This version of the ADI-2 has USB, SPDIF and optical digital connections, making it ideal for all types of setups.
Analogue outputs are balanced on XLR and unbalanced on phono sockets and the high-power headphone amplifier has two outputs (1/4″ and 4mm) designed to work with all types of headphones including IEMs
Playback supports sample rates up to 768 kHz as well as DSD playback. The usual RME Steady Clock FS ensure jitter-free clocking and built-in DSP allows signal processing including EQ. Supplied with a dedicated remote control
The ADI-2 is Class Compliant so is plug & play on Mac OS & iOS. Drivers are required for Windows and, of course, RME continues to provide their unrivalled driver support & updates for OS versions both old & new
