Quirky Time Line delay from Deltalab – the DL-4 pre-dates the Effectrons but is similar in many ways. The oscillator section offers multiple ways to modulate sounds, either subtly or viciously, and the delay section runs from phasing & flanging through to slapback & longer delays
These are rare now, particularly in the UK, and this is a 220 Volt unit
