One of my favourites, the Slim Phatty is the rackmount version of the compact Moog Sub Phatty synth. A monophonic synth in the style of the original Minimoog, the Slim Phatty combines the best of traditional Moog – two oscillators, Moog filter & external CV, Gate & audio inputs – with modern features such as Midi (OG and USB), user memories and configurable routing
The result is a tough-sounding mono synth that is great for rumbling basses, searing leads & everything in between
